What do you do when you take a vacation and do you give yourself days off every week? Do you still respond to customers when you’re on vacation or in your days off? I believe everybody deserves days off and shouldn’t be working 7 days a week but don’t know how this works in direct sales.

Thanks Jennifer, it is good to hear the dip hits all consultants at any level.. Sometimes my mindset isolate myself that it's only me. Why I'm not having the reach outs like others? I am still reaching out to new prospects by introducing them to why I use Scentsy to allow them try the products freely..

When I worked in a restaurant/café every year was nearly the same for 15 years. Term time was the growth especially at the approach to Christmas season. During the dips we did our training experimenting with new meals to add to the menu etc.

O M G yall hit home in this video for me personally!!! especially with the emotions!! It took me almost a year to walk away from the "fire" and re-vamp what I wanted for MY biz again! I had to take the emotions out of it, and WOW my prv is so much better MY anxiety is so much better! Yall are totally on point with that!!

Ok u just watched your amazing informative group video! I learned a lot and I want to thank you so much for your time and sharing your wisdom! I did have a question for you though. With your stickers on the sample cards, when they are scratched and sniffed, because they are so close together, will the scents get mixed together and be difficult to distinguish them from each other? Especially when we get to the middle or even the 4 th or 5 th sticker? I know I had a problem with that when my sponsor sent them to me but I thought maybe there is some trick or tip, I don't know about? Lol! Also you can't really peel them off or they tear? OMG... i watched this one all the way thru and added stuff to my party that i will need..ur inspirational and i hop ei improve.. i didnt plan to do many events this year but i have signed up for atleast 6... so this one i have coming i mainly doing warmers and wax.. i sold my scentsy go.. im buyin another.. places i can not get electricity i use to Go system...its amazing...then i am an uber driver and going to get a new mini fan...TY for all your contect in this video
